Mandatory skills Minimum Experience: 5 - 9 Years Architecture & Tool experience in Oracle BRM - Billing Revenue Management System Experience with Customer implementations for BRM Knowledge of BRM invoicing and BIP integration Experience in OBRM, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL Strong C, C++ skills and knowledge of Java technologies Experience with PCM (Portal Communication Module) and PIN (Portal Information Network) Ability to develop Policy APIs and Multi-threaded Application frameworks Ability to analyze billing issues and understand end-to-end impacts Other required skills Experience managing BAU operations in a production environment for a telecom operator, preferably in mobile networks Knowledge of software development and delivery lifecycle Ability to write design documents, release notes, and unit test cases Good communication skills
