Job Description
Mandatory Skills Minimum 5 - 9 years of experience Architecture and tool experience in Oracle BRM - Billing Revenue Management System Exposure to customer implementations of BRM Knowledge of BRM invoicing and BIP integration Experience in OBRM, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL Strong C and C++ programming skills; knowledge of Java technologies Experience with PCM (Portal Communication Module) for interaction with BRM database Experience with PIN (Portal Information Network) for error handling and data manipulation Development of Policy APIs and MTA Framework to meet customer requirements Ability to analyze billing issues, understand end-to-end impacts, and communicate findings effectively Other Required Skills Experience managing BAU operations in a production environment, preferably for a mobile network telecom operator Familiarity with software development and delivery lifecycle Ability to write design documents, release notes, and unit test cases Good written and verbal communication skills
