Job Description Description: The Technical Lead/Project Manager will provide hands-on end-user support and oversee project management activities. This role is based at 3 Capitol Mall, supporting the ARCareerEd divisions: Adult Education, Career and Technical Education, and the Office of Skills and Development. Responsibilities include supporting end-user devices and collaborating with other technicians for technical support. Travel may be required occasionally, and transportation is typically provided by the candidate. Selected candidates: Must have excellent customer service skills and a sense of ownership Strong teamwork and communication skills Outstanding problem-solving and multitasking abilities Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of PC Imaging and Windows OS (7/8/8.1/10) Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Cisco switches, remote access, wireless communications, and PC applications support Responsibilities as Program Manager: Manage project lifecycle from planning to implementation Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards Coordinate system integration and enhancements Responsibilities as Technical Lead: Meet with clients to determine technical requirements Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software Support and maintain systems, including servers and workstations Manage Active Directory and Group Policies Assist with cloud services and mobile device setup Position Summary The ARCareerEd Technical Lead / Program Manager will support multiple divisions, manage project lifecycles, and provide technical assistance to end users.
