What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop promotional strategies and sales support materials to enhance market share and ensure sales excellence - Identify and execute business opportunities through new products, educational programs, and customer services - Collaborate with internal and external teams to market assigned products and support product launch activities - Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to evaluate current and future needs - Maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers, including the US salesforce and distributors
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree required - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development, or sales; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Degree in Marketing, Business, or R&D - MBA or relevant advanced degree - Experience in the medical device industry - Proven skills in creating and analyzing business/marketing plans - Strong analytical skills to review sales reports and project sales forecasts
