Job Description
Proven experience with Instructional Design strategies and the ability to develop course and lesson-level content that meets learners' needs to enhance performance.
Ability to create application-level test questions, including scenario-based testing scenarios.
Experience in e-learning design and development, including designing and developing blended learning solutions and instructor-led training.
Capability to manage multiple projects successfully simultaneously.
Effective communication skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Word and PowerPoint, Articulate, and Captivate 9.
Qualifications Proficiency in Captivate and Articulate.
