About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions for our clients. This role focuses on advanced instructional design expertise, strategic learning consultation, and proficiency in using various industry technologies and tools. Responsibilities
Lead rapid learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and training requirements Design and develop compelling, multi-modal learning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement Develop and recommend advanced learning strategies based on adult learning principles and industry best practices Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex content into engaging learning experiences Utilize advanced authoring tools and emerging technologies to create cutting-edge learning solutions Collaborate with instructional designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing Stay current with learning technologies, methodologies, and industry trends Qualifications
5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning solution development Proven track record of designing learning solutions that improve organizational performance Advanced proficiency with multiple authoring tools and generative AI (Articulate 360 Suite, Sythesia, MS Copilot, etc.) Strong understanding of learning best practices, adult learning principles, and performance improvement methodologies Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field preferred Key Competencies
Expert-level instructional design and curriculum development skills Exceptional client consultation and stakeholder management abilities Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision Experience with various delivery modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning) What We Offer
