Minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset, and Configuration Management.
At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or other ITSM tools as an advanced user.
Knowledge of the ITIL v3 service lifecycle and ITSM best practices.
Practical experience with agile methodologies, ITIL process implementation, and CSI projects.
Knowledge of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practices.
ITIL v3 Intermediate or administration certificate on ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 20000, or CMMI.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Planning and coordination skills.
Experience with project management.
Willingness to work in a management consulting environment requiring travel.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience can substitute for each year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
