COBIT, ISO 20000, or CMMI
Minimum of
4+ years
experience in implementing
ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management
At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or other ITSM tools as an advanced user
Knowledge of the
ITIL v3 service
lifecycle and
ITSM
best practices
Practical experience with
agile methodologies/tools , ITIL process implementation, and driving/participating in
CSI projects
Knowledge of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practices
ITIL v3 Intermediate certificate or/and administration certificate
on ITSM tools like
ServiceNow, Remedy
Analytical and communication skills
Planning and coordination skills
Experience with project management
Desire to work in a management consulting environment
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of education.
