Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of experience in implementing ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset, and Configuration Management.
At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or other ITSM tools as an advanced user.
Knowledge of ITIL v3 service lifecycle and ITSM best practices.
Experience with agile methodologies, ITIL process implementation, and CSI projects.
Knowledge of COBIT, ISO 20000, or CMMI.
Understanding of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practices.
ITIL v3 Intermediate or administration certificate on ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
Strong analytical, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience can substitute for education.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technologies.
