What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead project management services for various facilities, including major and minor project and alteration services - Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects while identifying potential risks and logistical issues - Coordinate and track all Vendor Requests for Proposals (RFPs) - Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, and maintain financial files - Review and comment on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, or a combination of relevant work experience and education in Engineering Design or Construction - Proficiency in reviewing and commenting on Design Intent Drawings and As-Built Drawings - Experience overseeing new construction or renovations of older buildings - Some experience with cost estimating, particularly using the RS Means format - Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management - LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP certification - Experience in the public utility sector
