Responsibilities The Program Coordinator for Academic Affairs plays an important role in providing consistent, professional front-line customer service to a large, prominent group of adjunct faculty who have unique needs for support as they are not on campus frequently. They focus on providing support to more than 600 adjunct faculty teaching over the course of the academic year, including onboarding, preparing to teach, and carrying out teaching and grading responsibilities. The Program Coordinator serves as a first point of contact for adjunct faculty inquiries related to administrative issues; provides adjunct faculty data to internal and external constituents as appropriate; manages adjunct office reservations; assists with implementing and standardizing office procedures related to adjunct services; updates the adjunct virtual office page; and provides course scheduling assistance and front desk support. They also perform other duties as required to support the mission of the Academic Affairs office. Work Interactions The Program Coordinator for Academic Affairs reports to, and works closely with, the Executive Director of Adjunct Services, who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our large adjunct program. The Program Coordinator collaborates with the Assistant Dean, Academic Affairs; the Program Coordinator of J.D. Programs; and the Assistant Directors for the J.D. and LL.M. Academic Programs, who manage the course scheduling process for all adjunct faculty. Additionally, the Program Coordinator is a key member of the Academic Affairs team and collaborates with staff across both the J.D. and Graduate programs, as well as other Law Center departments, including the Office of Employment Services, Parking, GOCard, IST, and the Library. The Program Coordinator also works closely with hundreds of adjunct faculty in the J.D. and LL.M. Programs and is often their first point of contact at the Law Center. Qualifications

Associate's degree, B.A., or equivalency At least 2 years of professional experience, with some office administration/customer service experience preferred Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to administer and maintain sensitive financial and personal information, using discretion in every step Ability to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to requests for assistance from our adjunct faculty are critical components of the job Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a courteous and professional manner A demonstrated ability to work collegially and independently with various departments within the Law Center A positive attitude and willingness to do all tasks necessary to support the administration of the J.D. and LL.M. Academic Programs Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google (G Suite) (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat Preferred Qualifications Experience with web editing tools and Banner Work Mode Hybrid.
