Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Location: Boston, MA (3 days in office)

Responsibilities

Product Leadership:

Establish and communicate the long-term product direction, ensuring priorities are tightly connected to company objectives. Inspire cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional end-user outcomes.

Data & Insights:

Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to uncover trends and opportunities that inform smarter decision-making.

Growth & Optimization:

Drive initiatives that improve conversion, revenue, and user value, while refining existing products for scale and efficiency.

Execution:

Take ownership of complex challenges, moving quickly from problem definition to solution delivery, while ensuring measurable impact.

Collaboration:

Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and progress through clear communication and strong cross-team coordination.

Market Understanding:

Stay close to industry trends and customer needs, leveraging research and discovery to guide product innovation.

6+ years of product experience

Startup/Scaleup experience (hands-on builder)

Skilled in data-driven product work, with strong proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, experimentation, and turning analytics into actionable insights.

Clear and confident communicator who can translate strategy and outcomes across teams, executives, and external partners.

Proven ability to balance trade-offs and prioritize effectively in order to deliver impact at speed.

Naturally curious and adaptable, eager to dive into new problem spaces and ramp up quickly in unfamiliar domains.
