Key Responsibilities
Own the full commercial engine: from pricing and yield to revenue forecasting, lifecycle performance, and partner monetization.
Scale carrier and distribution partnerships, driving improved economics, coverage, and channel performance.
Lead cross-functional experimentation to optimize conversion, LTV, and cumulative contribution margin across the platform.
Build and lead a high-performing team, with clear goals, comp structures, and performance tracking aligned to strategic outcomes.
Requirements
15+ years of experience driving growth in fintech, insurtech, or digital marketplaces; P&L ownership of $500M+ or multi-channel revenue strongly preferred.
Expertise in pricing strategy, yield optimization, and building RevOps infrastructure.
Proven track record of growing B2B and/or white-label distribution channels.
Strong data literacy, comfortable with SQL, experimentation design, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
