Assistant Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX. As an Assistant Project Manager at Newport Construction Services, you will assist with day-to-day project management tasks. This includes supporting expediting processes, managing logistics, conducting project inspections, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications Experience in Expediting and as an Expeditor Strong Project Management skills Inspection and quality control capabilities Logistics Management experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred Previous experience in commercial construction projects is a plus
