Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary: An established, independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to oversee a mixed book of standard and private client accounts. This role involves full-service account management, maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers, and occasionally assisting with new business efforts. The position offers a collaborative, professional environment with a focus on personalized service and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage a personal lines book valued at approximately $500K-$600K in premium. Provide full account servicing (A-Z, excluding billing) for both standard and private client accounts. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates. Deliver high-touch client service tailored to varying coverage needs. Accurately document activities and maintain records in AMS360. Assist with quoting and onboarding of new business as needed. Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships. Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery. Qualifications/Requirements:
2+ years of personal lines account management experience. Experience working with both standard and private client accounts. AMS360 experience strongly preferred. Experience with multiple carriers. Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. Active Property & Casualty license required. Compensation Package:
