Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:

Manage a book of business, focusing on personal lines accounts. Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new business, processing renewals, and addressing customer inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by taking inbound and outbound calls, assisting with claims, and resolving billing questions. Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts efficiently. Maintain a 50/50 balance between quoting new business and processing renewals. Uphold the company's values of honesty and integrity in all interactions. Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience : Minimum of 1 year of personal lines insurance experience is required. Candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow will also be considered.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.
