This role requires an exceptional leader who can persuade skeptical parents to entrust their children's futures to our innovative vision. You will address boardrooms, handle media opportunities, and guide high-stakes parent forums with compelling narratives and steadfast leadership.

$200.00/hr - $200.00/hr
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering powerful, persuasive presentations that transform sophisticated skeptics into vocal supporters
- Cultivating and mobilizing networks of influential parent ambassadors who champion our vision within their communities
- Architecting scalable frameworks that leverage individual success stories into compelling advocacy opportunities
- Implementing sophisticated sentiment analysis systems to identify parent concerns early and convert them into advocacy wins
- Spearheading strategic media engagements and crafting the public narrative around our revolutionary educational approach
- Identifying and maximizing strategic opportunities to showcase our educational model's transformative impact

- Managing conventional parent-teacher organizations or traditional school committees
- Coordinating social gatherings without clear advocacy objectives

- Taking a reactive stance to concerns rather than proactively controlling the narrative
Head Of School Key Responsibilities
Strategically convert our parent community into a powerful advocacy engine by developing systematic, scalable approaches that cultivate parent champions across all campuses while steadfastly maintaining our uncompromising standards of educational excellence.
Basic Requirements
- Austin, TX location required (relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates)
- 7+ years of proven experience transforming influential stakeholders into advocates (backgrounds may include Customer Advocacy Leadership, Communications Executive, Development Officer working with major donors, Enterprise Sales Leadership, Community Relations Director, or Change Management Consulting)
- Remarkable executive presence with demonstrated ability to command and influence sophisticated audiences
- Extensive experience with high-stakes communications (media interviews, board presentations, crisis navigation)
- Verifiable success building and scaling advocacy communities from the ground up
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining organizational standards while strengthening relationships with powerful stakeholders
- Profound belief that educational transformation requires unwavering commitment to innovative methodologies

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For more details, visit
