- Strong expertise in recruiting, employee relations, retention, and compliance.
- Hands-on leader who can travel regularly to multiple facilities while managing corporate-level initiatives.
- Skilled in change management with examples of transforming HR departments into strategic, people-focused functions.
- Collaborative and approachable, with credibility across both leadership and frontline teams.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time to different manufacturing facilities across the SE.
