LaSalle Network is partnering with a Chicago-based sports and entertainment organization to identify an Interim Vice President of Human Resources.

Interim Vice President Of Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, shaping HR strategy and execution
- Foster a positive, transparent culture through empathetic leadership
- Lead recruiting for critical positions
- Roll out performance management and goal-setting programs
- Oversee employee relations and maintain compliance across all HR functions
- Collaborate with external partners on payroll and benefits administration
Interim Vice President Of Human Resources Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including VP-level experience
- Skilled in balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution
- Deep expertise in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management
- Trusted, steady leader able to connect across all levels of the business
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
