Job Summary
Were looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving HR initiatives that support business growth and employee success. Youll be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, overseeing performance and compensation processes, and supporting organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor the recruiting team, ensuring hiring strategies align with business needs.
- Manage the full cycle of performance evaluations and compensation adjustments.
- Contribute to M&A processes, including employee integration and organizational alignment.
- Assist in rolling out training programs and onboarding initiatives.
- Coordinate benefit transitions and ensure smooth communication with employees.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Leverage ADP for HRIS, payroll, and reporting functions.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Solid experience in:
- HR operations and strategy
- Talent acquisition and team leadership
- Performance and compensation management
- M&A support and integration
- ADP systems and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry is a strong advantage.
