Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR operations. You’ll be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, overseeing performance and compensation processes, and supporting organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor the recruiting team, ensuring hiring strategies align with business needs.
  • Manage the full cycle of performance evaluations and compensation adjustments.
  • Contribute to M&A processes, including employee integration and organizational alignment.
  • Assist in rolling out training programs and onboarding initiatives.
  • Coordinate benefit transitions and ensure smooth communication with employees.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Leverage ADP for HRIS, payroll, and reporting functions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in:
  • HR operations and strategy
    • Talent acquisition and team leadership
    • Performance and compensation management
    • M&A support and integration
    • ADP systems and reporting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a strong advantage.
Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wilton,CT.
