HR Operations Analyst
Overview:
Talento has partnered with a financial institution in search of an HR Operations Analyst to support their employees by delivering a positive employee-centric experience through operational excellence. This position will assist the Human Resources department by implementing policies, procedures, practices, and standards in payroll and benefits administration, onboarding, employee separation, and other HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll.
- Manage time and attendance and payroll worksheets for reconciliation. Maintain all payroll support documents as evidence.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to foster a positive attitude towards the bank's goals and to familiarize new staff with reporting lines, policies, procedures, and benefits enrollment.
- Create, analyze, and maintain various reports for internal auditing, compliance, headcount, financial reporting, and other departments.
- Maintain employee records for benefits administration.
- Assist employees with questions regarding medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits.
- Manage 401(k) administration, workers compensation, and disability processes.
- Create and maintain processes used in day-to-day administration.
- Perform invoice reconciliation in coordination with accounting.
- Partner with Finance for payroll and benefits reconciliation.
- Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Maintain I-9 documentation and verification.
- Ensure employee files meet compliance standards.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Requirements:
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
