Travel RN - Medical ICU

American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Medical ICU night shift assignment requiring EPIC experience and ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.Job Details•Work in the Medical ICU (MICU) of an acute care hospital,•Night shifts are 3x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:30,•Serves adult critical care patient population,•Use of EPIC EMR system required,•Assignment lengths range from 13 to 20 weeks, often covering major holidays,•Floating to other qualified units and campuses may be required based on staffing needs,Job Requirements•Active SC RN license or compact multistate RN license required,•ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required upon start,•At least 1 year of recent MICU experience required,•Minimum of 1 year of recent experience with EPIC EMR required,•Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from campus to be eligible for travel rate; under 50 miles is ineligible,•Two professional references required for consideration,Additional Information•Must work at least 2 of the 3 major holidays as part of the assignment,•Not authorized to take December 26 through December 31 off,•Orientation is conducted every Monday, with completion of pre-assignment testing and modules required within 48 hours of receiving login information,•Pre-assignment modules are billable up to 16 hours,•Candidates are required to float only to units and roles for which documented competencies exist,•Social Security Number is required for credentialing and onboarding purposes,),•hash,:• ,
