Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments such as office furniture, IT equipment, and packing materials
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, wrapping, and loading for job site delivery
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
- Coordinate with project managers, drivers, and clients to meet scheduling needs
- Support staging, racking, and organization of commercial assets
- Assist with asset tagging, storage, and job-specific staging
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (shipping/receiving preferred)
- Familiarity with office furniture or commercial moving equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
