MEDIA SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a Media Supervisor; a seasoned media executive who enjoys both supervising and executing projects. You will participate in the strategic and tactical development of media plans, creating and fostering strong relationships with clients and internally within the agency. Applicants should have strong skills across all media channels (digital and traditional) as well as an understanding as to how and when to use each effectively in multichannel marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles (with in-office presence required two days per week).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and project workflows
  • Proficient in using syndicated research MRI/Simmons to identify actionable media targets
  • Solid understanding of media platforms and tools, i.e. excel, Media Buying platforms (Trade Desk, Strata, Advantage, Media Ocean), etc.
  • Create strategic media plans using all appropriate media channels ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and highly integrated, best-in-class media recommendations that deliver results.
  • Work with buyers, analysts and production teams
  • Interpret and take action on measurement/analytics
  • Meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of media department agency or client-side experience
  • Understanding of both the traditional and digital media processes
  • Works well in a team structure supporting a handful of varying size and types of clients
  • An out of the box thinker who brings new ideas and ways of working to help foster account and agency growth
  • Highly organized, self-starter with excellent copywriting, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • "Owning It", which means gracefully solving whatever problems or challenges present themselves along the way, without being asked.

  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable running and interpreting syndicated research data
  • U.S. citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered
