About Coeur d'Alene Resort Spa:
Our spa offers luxurious treatments and a tranquil environment designed to rejuvenate guests. We are looking for a friendly and organized Spa Front Desk Agent to manage appointments, greet guests, and ensure a smooth and relaxing spa visit.
The Role:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the spa, handling reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage appointment scheduling
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Assist guests with product information and retail purchases
Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously
What We're Looking For:
Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
