The Network Engineer should have 5+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches, F5 load balancers or similar devices, QoS policies, application server dependencies, and related infrastructure setup. Experience with Cisco network hardware such as 6500, 4500, Nexus switches, WAAS, and related software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio for technical deliverables. Ability to plan and organize work, coordinate with business partners and vendors for projects and initiatives. Good knowledge of carrier services and interfaces. Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written), technical documentation skills, innovative thinking, and self-motivation. Proven ability to drive results, follow up effectively, and work independently while being a team player. Experience working with Cisco network switches, routers, load balancers, remote access hardware, and DNS/DHCP environments. Knowledge of IP telephony integration, storage area networks, and Cisco ACI infrastructure. Experience with Infoblox DDI. Ability to review, analyze, evaluate, configure, and support network systems. Capability to develop and test network infrastructure components such as switches, routers, and load balancers. Familiarity with network deployment, stabilization, and documentation for operational support.
