Family Law Attorney
to handle complex family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, and related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, effective communication skills with clients and colleagues, and at least
5 years of experience
in family law. Responsibilities include managing cases from start to finish, handling alimony, equitable distribution, parenting time, domestic violence, post-judgment issues, and appeals. The role requires strong writing and analytical skills, as well as professionalism and empathy in guiding clients through difficult legal matters. Duties
Handle
complex family law cases
including divorce, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, parenting time, domestic violence, post-judgment issues, and appeals. Serve as an
advocate
for clients, providing guidance during challenging family law matters. Draft legal documents
such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct
legal research
to support case strategies and outcomes. Communicate effectively
with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Contribute to the
growth and strategic direction
of the firm. Meet
deadlines
and manage multiple cases efficiently. Requirements
Minimum 5 years
of experience in
divorce and family law . Licensed to practice law in the
State of New Jersey
and in good standing. Strong
writing
and
analytical skills . Ability to manage
complex legal cases
and meet client needs effectively. Excellent
communication skills
and ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues. Strong
work ethic
and ability to meet deadlines. Education
Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school. Certifications
New Jersey Bar License
(Required). Skills
Expertise in
family law
and
divorce
matters. Strong
writing
and
legal research
skills. Ability to
negotiate
and advocate for clients. High attention to detail in case management and documentation. Handle sensitive client matters with empathy and professionalism.
