We have partnered with our client in their search for a Support Engineer.This role requires a well-rounded individual with expertise in various IT systems and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for Office 365, Azure Entra ID, and Intune, including user account management and troubleshooting. Manage Active Directory, group policies, and access control. Assist with basic networking tasks and ensure smooth connectivity. Set up and troubleshoot VPN configurations for remote users. Collaborate with the app development team, providing support and understanding of development cycles. Leverage any experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) for user administration and support. Provide on-call support as needed and ensure high availability for IT-related issues. Utilize VMware or server administration skills to support infrastructure as needed.
