Centennial Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong Information Technology (IT) background to support our federal clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, low-code or DevOps environments, and a proven track record of improving services within the federal sector. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Lead and coach teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Manage federal programs and projects involving COTS products and/or AWS technology stacks. Provide support in core project management areas such as cost management, scope, resource allocation, governance, and quality assurance. Lead projects in DevOps or DevSecOps environments. Advise clients on IT transformation initiatives, including strategy, assessment, process re-engineering, automation, and metrics. Assist with proposal development and lead business development efforts including crafting value-driven business cases and supporting winning bids. Key Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience supporting federal civilian agencies. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP (from PMI) is required. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred. Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce, or with DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, foster trust, and encourage continuous improvement and innovation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure, optimize efficiency, and deliver high-quality results. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with legacy-to-cloud migrations. Familiarity with COTS tools including ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce. Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation. SAFe Agile certification.
