About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Business Banking Risk Reporting and Analytics team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's risk management and compliance, with a focus on delivering insightful analytical risk dashboards and reporting. This role is pivotal in anticipating and addressing new and emerging risks, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and statistical analysis. Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and maintenance of a portfolio of dashboards and reporting tools, as well as creating comprehensive datasets and analytics from diverse sources. The role demands a high level of collaboration, agility, and the ability to work at a fast pace to meet the dynamic needs of the small business landscape.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with over 5 years' experience in data analytics and reporting, and a proven track record of leadership in an analytical or technical setting. Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Alteryx, or Tableau is required, and experience with Python, R, Cognos, or Power BI is preferred. The role also involves representing the team in control forums, driving continuous improvements, and supporting key risk initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights and providing strategic perspectives to senior leadership. A Master's degree in data analytics or statistics is a plus, and the candidate should be prepared to foster a culture of innovation and stability within the organization.
