The role also involves representing the team in control forums, driving continuous improvements, and supporting key risk initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights and providing strategic perspectives to senior leadership. A Master's degree in data analytics or statistics is a plus, and the candidate should be prepared to foster a culture of innovation and stability within the organization.
