This role is pivotal in maintaining a proactive risk and control culture, delivering end-to-end project management for internal audits, and partnering on regulatory matters. The HR Control Manager will be responsible for the control framework of US Payroll Operations, with an emphasis on improving and delivering risk and control processes and programs. Building automated solutions and strong partnerships with HR Global Operations leaders to mitigate risk is also a key aspect of the position.
