About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for one of its senior living communities in Tennessee. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the community, including day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and the development of a resident-centered care culture. This leadership role also involves driving census and occupancy growth through local marketing and referral partnerships, as well as managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in senior living or a related healthcare setting, a proven track record in census growth and team development, strong business acumen, and familiarity with forecasting and KPIs. A current TN Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) license or eligibility to obtain one is required, with a preference for local or regional residency.
