About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Lead Analyst, VP to join their Controllers Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reports to various entities, including local regulators and U.S. Federal Reserve. This role requires a high level of visibility and the opportunity to work with a range of functions across the organization. Key responsibilities include ensuring data quality, evaluating and resolving regulatory interpretation issues, and supporting the production and timely submission of regulatory filings. The role also involves monitoring key metrics, managing challenges, and driving process improvements to enhance the regulatory reporting process.

Applicants should have 6-10 years' of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on regulatory reporting. An intermediate knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports, Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC reporting, and stress testing frameworks is essential. The role demands strong technical problem-solving skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative approach to work. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a CPA or MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence change, and a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders.
