Activity Director Job Requirements: Be the Heart of our Community Certification: Willingness to obtain Company-sponsored Activity Director certification as required. Compassion and Enthusiasm: Demonstrated love for working with seniors, and a zest for life. Effective Communication: Skilled in both written and oral communication with diverse audiences. Valid Credentials: A valid driver’s license; must undergo background and motor vehicle checks.
