Executive Director

for

The Grand of Prospect , a role opening due to an

internal transition and role change . This position partners closely with our

on-site General Manager

to help oversee multiple departments within the community, with a strong emphasis on

resident and family engagement, service quality, and overall satisfaction . If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where execution, relationships, and results matter, we’d like to meet you. Key Responsibilities as Executive Director

Strategic & Operational Leadership:

Help lead community performance through disciplined planning, prioritization, and follow‑through across key departments. Customer Engagement & Satisfaction:

Champion the resident and family experience—proactively addressing concerns, strengthening service consistency, and driving loyalty and referrals. Cross‑Functional Department Oversight:

Partner with department leaders to ensure operational excellence, staffing stability, and service delivery standards are met. Sales & Marketing Partnership:

Collaborate with Sales/Marketing leadership to support engagement efforts, tours, community presence, and occupancy performance. Team Building & Talent Development:

Hire, coach, and retain a high‑performing, service‑driven team aligned with Civitas culture and values. Dynamic Communication:

Communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence—motivating teams while professionally engaging residents and families. Agile Execution:

Adapt to changing priorities, delegate effectively, and resolve issues with urgency and accountability. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management:

Ensure alignment with company policies, applicable regulations, and a safe environment for residents and team members. Technology Integration:

Comfortable using systems, online platforms, dashboards, and reporting to drive performance and accountability. Qualifications

Senior Living Expertise:

3+ years in leadership roles within the senior living industry (ED/Administrator/General Manager/Department Head leadership preferred). Licensure/Certification:

Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities, or ability to obtain as required. Software Proficiency:

Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire, or related systems preferred. Financial Acumen:
