Technical Project Manager role at Salesforce. Role description summary: The Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within the Real Estate Technology Enablement & Data Insights (TEDI) team. The TPM ensures programs progress from start to finish, improving workflow and communication, and collaborates with executives and key stakeholders to drive programs across the company. Responsibilities

Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, and coordinating one or more teams on vision, business goals, program structure, and cross-functional alignment. Guide teams through the technology engineering experience using agile methodologies, with strong analytical and technical skills. Lead Steering Committee meetings with key stakeholders to drive decisions, remove obstacles, and ensure business goals and strategic vision are met. Develop partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives and serve as a trusted partner for executive management. Support workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical issues, dependencies, risks, issues, and metrics. Provide ongoing visibility of project status (decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) through regular status reporting to stakeholders. Manage program/feature dependencies across multiple teams and functions. Avoid and remove obstacles to keep delivery on track toward project goals. Provide monthly project reviews and updates at sprint reviews, including deep dives into current goals, risks, and escalations. Foster a collaborative environment that supports creativity, innovation, and learning. Contribute as a thought leader to advance the TEDI strategy globally and encourage organizational change. Experience/Skills Required

7+ years of successfully implementing and managing technology programs and projects. Ability to understand technical subjects and technologies relevant to the programs/projects. PMP Certification preferred. Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to provide TEDI leadership with program documentation and executive summaries. Ability to drive strategic initiatives with minimal structured oversight. Coordination for Technology Roadmap sessions (agendas/logistics/attendees). Ability to work well in a highly integrated team of technical and non-technical members. Comfortable switching between tactical and strategic work; manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience applying agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with strong collaboration in cross-functional, matrix environments. Ability to establish credibility with senior executives and diverse team members. Experience collaborating with all functions across the company. Experience with Portfolio Management. This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week. Accommodations
