We are seeking a dynamic

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

to join our fast-growing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This is a hands-on position where youll wear multiple hats, build trusted client relationships, and directly impact the success of our customers across the U.S. manufacturing industry. What Youll Do

Customer Onboarding

Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth adoption and satisfaction during the initial implementation phase Deliver persona-specific training and simplify technical concepts for diverse stakeholders

Customer Discovery & Relationship Building

Act as a trusted advisor by cultivating relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and end users Host regular check-ins, reviews, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships and maximize customer value

Customer Retention & Growth

Monitor customer health metrics (adoption, satisfaction, engagement) to proactively prevent churn Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsells that unlock full value from our solutions

Customer Satisfaction & Advocacy

Develop case studies that showcase customer success with measurable results Organize customer events and webinars to build community and foster thought leadership

Internal Collaboration & Advocacy

Capture and communicate the

Voice of the Customer (VoC)

to internal teams Partner cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience and promote advocacy

What You Bring

Proven experience leading

enterprise-level B2B customer partnerships , including adoption, renewals, and expansions Strong knowledge of

onboarding and land & expand

strategies for SaaS platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build multi-level trust Analytical problem-solver with sharp attention to detail Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in CRM and communication tools Bonus Points If You Have:

Fluency in Japanese Experience in a

startup tech environment Background in
