We are seeking a
Senior Systems Engineer (RPA Developer)
to join the Systems Engineering team. This role is focused on
no-code automation development
using
Automation Anywhere (AA)
to support both ongoing automation implementations and new initiatives. The position is a backfill due to retirement program transitions, with strong potential for long-term conversion for local talent. This is not an infrastructure-heavy role, but instead requires deep expertise in
RPA automation design, development, and production support . Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts in Automation Anywhere (AA). Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. Understand and support large-scale automations already in production. Perform unit testing, validation, and quality assurance of automations prior to deployment. Integrate automations with APIs, databases, and backend systems. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automation processes for performance and reliability. Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere (AA) with strong RPA development expertise. Proficiency in both GUI/browser-based automation (:90%) and backend automation (:10%). Strong understanding of the automation development lifecycle (design, build, unit testing, deployment). Experience with API integrations and GUI automation. Proficiency in SQL (querying and data manipulation). Familiarity with Java or Python scripting for advanced automations Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism). Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or Snowflake. General programming awareness and knowledge of APIs. Prior experience in the Healthcare industry.
