Develop and manage iPaaS API strategies, integration security best practices, and architectural solutions for both on-premises and cloud platforms; propose innovative integration capabilities through a product- and project-minded approach, and create high-value frameworks for future reuse; ensure the integration of scalable talent pools and supported technologies within product solution and delivery processes Create and articulate the vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing the iPaaS platform; represent the iPaaS competency group, influence successful outcomes, and make timely decisions Collaborate effectively with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and senior executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational strategic goals Build and lead an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the operational responsibilities of developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Integrations; optimize performance, quality, and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization, as well as increasing automation and process efficiency Drive the execution of technical strategies and manage a large team comprising expert, intermediate, and junior employees, alongside third-party outsourced/captive provider teams that operate within set technical guidelines Qualifications
Minimum eight years of recent experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API-led strategies and management with expertise in integration security best practices, and architectural solutions for both on-premises and cloud platforms Minimum 4 years of experience with MuleSoft and different deployment models (CloudHub 1.0/2.0, RTF in Multi-Cloud environment, On-premise Servers) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Integration Architect or Platform Architect certification preferred Proven track record of successful strategic integrations with disparate systems such as Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, Global Risk Information Platform (GRIP), Next Generation Client Lifecycle Engagement and Assessment System (NGCLEAS), Sentinel, Tax One Platform, Appian, and KPMG Clara Workflow (KCw) Experience with various integration patterns and thought leadership in agile environments; strong communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation Advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work, with the ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Note:
