Responsibilities

Develop and manage iPaaS API strategies, integration security best practices, and architectural solutions for on‑premises and cloud platforms; propose innovative integration capabilities, create high‑value frameworks for future reuse, and support scalable talent pools and technologies within product solution and delivery processes. Create and articulate the vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing the iPaaS platform; represent the iPaaS competency group and influence outcomes with timely decisions. Collaborate with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and senior executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational goals. Build and lead a team responsible for developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations; optimize performance, quality, and cost of delivery by defining resourcing, offshoring scope, utilization, and increasing automation and process efficiency. Drive the execution of technical strategies and manage a large team including expert, intermediate, and junior staff, along with third‑party providers, within defined guidelines and SOPs. Qualifications

Minimum eight years of experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API‑led strategies with expertise in integration security and architectural solutions for on‑premises and cloud platforms. Minimum 4 years of experience with MuleSoft and deployment models (CloudHub 1.0/2.0, multi‑cloud RTf, on‑premise). Bachelor's degree preferred; Integration Architect or Platform Architect certification preferred. Proven track record of successful strategic integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, GRIP, NGCLEAS, Sentinel, Tax One Platform, Appian, and KPMG Clara Workflow (KCw). Experience with various integration patterns and agile environments; strong communication and collaboration skills; experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation with a run/operate mindset. Advanced knowledge of the broader technical area and ability to translate this into incremental value and strategy.
