Overview
Pega’s Client & Partner Success Enablement & Effectiveness team is a growing, client-focused group chartered to drive Pega’s partner co-sales, pre-sales, and delivery performance to support Pega’s growth objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders within Pega to further our Partner effectiveness strategy and roadmap, helping inspire Pega’s ecosystem growth, one of the key strategic priorities at Pega.
What You'll Do At Pega
Lead partner enablement strategy and transformation projects by addressing complex business problems, creating enablement content and workshops for partner organizations, and delivering change programs.
Work on highly complex programs and gain insight into enablement challenges forefront on the minds of senior leadership at both Pega and partner organizations.
Who You Are You are a highly energetic and driven professional with a proven track record of successfully formulating winning Partner and Channel enablement strategies and driving sales effectiveness and enablement programs.
What You've Accomplished
Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or sales
12+ years of total professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility
Strong organizational leadership experience
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build constructive relationships with stakeholders
Excellent written, oral communication and coaching skills
Ability to extract insights from data and use it to make informed recommendations that guide strategy
Experienced in project management skills and driving change initiatives
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage partner projects
Demonstrated ability to lead via influence and develop strong working relationships with Sales and Partner leadership and individual contributors
