AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect , you will drive customers’ business applications and AI transformation on the Microsoft platform in a customer-facing capacity, owning both the business applications-focused technical relationship and the technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft. across various business groups, for different customer sizes, in our enterprise, regulated, and partner services organizations. Customer Centricity: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement. Business Impact: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by aligning with decision makers to ensure understanding of Microsoft’s M365 value proposition and value realization from Microsoft technologies. Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects using deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams/Phone/voice capabilities. Lead technical conversations to drive value and deliver work per Microsoft best practices. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset and align skilling with team demands and Customer Success goals. Accelerate outcomes by engaging with communities, contributing to IP, and sharing knowledge. Other: Embody Microsoft culture and values. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience on technical projects with AI/Microsoft 365 solution design and deployment, and knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and related Microsoft 365 solutions (Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint – Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365). Other

Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years or Master’s Degree with 6+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related fields; or equivalent experience. 4+ years in a customer-facing role and 4+ years on technical projects. Change management experience or PROSCI certification; business and sales acumen. Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google) and Microsoft 365-related certifications preferred; deep knowledge of Cloud/hybrid messaging and collaboration environments. Depth in two or more Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, Teams Phone, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection, Governance & Risk Management, Compliance).
