The Intuit Customer Success (ICS) ecosystem takes a platform approach to connect people to expertise and serve customers along a spectrum of preference. We enable and drive significant growth for Intuit through customer and expert experiences across all Intuit products and services, on a global scale. As a key finance partner for the Global Small Business Group (GBSG) business, this individual will be responsible for driving strategic discussions on investment, growth, and operational execution. We work in a highly collaborative environment, providing financial partnership through planning, insights, and KPI accountability across all functions while working closely with business leaders and other finance and accounting team members. This person should be a team player with an owner’s mindset, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment with significant challenges. Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Leverage customer, competitor, and business insights to support our 1- and 3-year strategic plans, highlighting risks and opportunities related to business growth and profitability. Help drive capital allocation through investment ROI evaluations Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models to analyze complex business scenarios. Leverage rigorous modeling and analysis to deliver clear financial forecast, month-end close review, and accounting requirements Stakeholder Management: Embed in our business team to be a trusted advisor. Balance stakeholder interests between finance and business. Proactively highlight and prioritize areas to focus on to deliver our strategic goals Operational Excellence: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators to review performance and root causes, iterate on business initiatives, and sharpen decision making in order to achieve our financial plans Process Improvement: Champion AI-first mindset to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement by streamlining and automating recurring processes to allocate more time towards strategic activities Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience from strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment, managing several priorities to challenge the status quo Experience leading teams and collaborating in a highly matrixed organization to deliver results Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large volumes of information into insightful recommendations to the executive leadership team Ability to influence all levels of leadership to drive actions, decisions and business outcomes. Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and a dose of humility Strong written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to business partners with confidence, conviction, and credibility Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze complex business scenarios by building/improving financial models. Tableau and Hyperion/Essbase experience preferred MBA or equivalent work experience Seniority level
