Overview
Quarles & Brady LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm, seeks a transactional associate with at least three years of experience or a senior counsel with at least eight years of experience to join the investment management team of our Business Law Group in one of our office locations.
Office Locations:
Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, San Diego, St. Louis, Tampa, Tucson, Washington D.C.
Responsibilities
Provide transactional support in investment management matters, including investment adviser, investment company, and broker-dealer regulatory compliance and formation.
Represent institutional investors.
Assist with private fund formation; transactions in the investment management space; and other general corporate work.
Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers inside and outside the firm.

Compensation is determined by the market, position responsibilities, experience, education, and other job-related factors. Salary ranges: for roles located in Chicago or Washington, D.C., $190,000 to $265,000; for roles located in other listed locations, $175,000 to $250,000.
