Base pay and Compensation Base pay range:
$130,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr
Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 base DOE + performance-based bonus

Our client is a rapidly growing organization in the food manufacturing sector. They are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to partner directly with the CFO and executive team. About the Role As Director of FP&A, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the organization. You will be responsible for creating financial models, driving insights, and supporting executive decision-making across the business. Core Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and financial forecasting.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate growth scenarios and investment opportunities.
Conduct variance analysis and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting.
Monitor KPIs, analyze financial statements, and identify risks and opportunities.
Serve as a strategic partner to department leaders, aligning financial plans with corporate goals.
Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Drive process improvements in financial reporting and systems.
Support evaluations of potential investments, M&A opportunities, and new initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
7–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence at the executive level.
Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations is highly preferred.
MBA, CFA, or advanced credential strongly preferred.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Salary: $130,000 – $155,000, dependent on experience
Individual bonus: up to 20% of base salary
Company performance bonus: based on profitability, ranging from 0–100% of base salary
Overall, total bonus typically falls in the 20–40% range of base salary
