Associate Program Director (Family Medicine Physician)

for Core Faculty members in our Family Medicine Residency Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a progressive and collaborative team committed to training and developing future family practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, leadership, and clinical excellence in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities
Be part of a growing residency program and work in a supportive, collaborative academic environment.
Lead our Geriatrics-Palliative Care track; Faculty in geriatrics and palliative care will help lead this track.
Lead the residency’s musculoskeletal rotation and curriculum; Sports Medicine faculty will lead this area.
Contribute to teaching, leadership, and clinical excellence in both inpatient and outpatient settings and mentor resident physicians.
Support the expansion of the Family Medicine Residency Program and join a progressive and collaborative team committed to training future family practitioners.
Qualifications
BC / BE (must be board certified within 3 years of eligibility)
EOE/drug screen required
Spanish speaking is a plus
Inpatient experience preferred
Fellowship trained in Family Medicine with Geriatrics, Palliative Care, or Sports Medicine (The Geriatrics or Palliative Care faculty will help lead our Geriatrics-Palliative Care track; The Sports Medicine faculty will lead the residency’s musculoskeletal rotation and curriculum)
