Oracle Services - Oracle Cloud Solution Architect Senior Manager - Tech Consulting at EY. Lead the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based Oracle solutions, with emphasis on Oracle Cloud ERP (Supply Chain Management). Collaborate with EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements that realize clients’ digital vision and strategy. Embed with client teams to provide a unique business perspective on how clients must innovate and stay competitive in a changing digital landscape. Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for clients and guide their overall business plans; communicate these visions to clients and help socialize the strategy within client organizations. Assess client business models and identify new revenue opportunities within the context of business constraints; ensure business requirements are deeply integrated into the user experience. Partner with EY design, architecture, technology and cross-service line teams to integrate business requirements into solutions. Participate in leading business development opportunities and contribute to domain expertise and thought leadership. Maintain points of view across EY Americas and digital capabilities, incorporating insights from 3rd party sources and internal EY experiences. Support client services to grow key large accounts and ensure client satisfaction. What We Look For / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related work experience; 8+ years in at least three of the listed areas with a focus on ERP software solutions: solution architecture, SCM software solutions, digital supply chain e-commerce, content management, big data and analytics, cloud technology delivery, knowledge management software, user experience and design, and emerging collaborative solutions including content management and enterprise data migration. 5+ years of significant technical and functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Supply Chain Management). Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Ideally, a degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS; master’s degree preferred; Oracle certifications highly preferred. To qualify for the role, you must have strong interest in developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills; knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-relevant consulting experience.
