This is a unique opportunity to help shape Chime’s capital markets platform as we expand into new financing structures and expand our suite of financial products.

Responsibilities

Own operations, reporting, and funding for capital markets transactions.

Assist in marketing, structuring, analytics, and diligence for new financings and manage relationships with investors, lenders, legal counsel, and rating agencies.

Build infrastructure to support transactions, including systems, reporting, treasury flows, and forecasting models.

Partner with FP&A to forecast Chime’s capital structure and liquidity to support long-term strategy.

Support additional capital markets needs such as corporate financing, M&A financing, and return of capital programs.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in structured finance within investment banking or a corporate capital markets role.

Demonstrated expertise with consumer lending products, structured finance transactions, and the fintech space.

Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional partnerships and external stakeholders.

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint/Word (GSuite equivalents); experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Looker is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this role begins at $130,050 and up to $180,600, with eligibility for a bonus, competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Four days in the office, with Friday from home for those near one of our offices; remote options and team events vary by location.

Commuter benefits, health/dental/vision/life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off including company-wide days off.

Wellness stipend, parental leave, and access to family planning resources.
