We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our fast-growing Capital Markets team, where they will play a key role in driving the funding strategy and long-term scalability of our Business Loan products. With significant opportunities for innovation, this leader will focus on building and strengthening partnerships with institutional investors, capital providers, and banks to help achieve our ambitious objectives. The role has high visibility in the organization and can influence the strategic execution of large transactions for the business. This role will be based out of an Intuit office located in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA and follows a hybrid schedule with in-office presence required 3 days a week. This position will report to the Head of Capital Markets and Bank Partnerships for QuickBooks Capital. What you'll bring

10+ years experience in lending capital markets, preferably from a bank, specialty finance lender or an asset management firm. Experience structuring and executing asset backed credit facilities, whole loan sales and securitizations. Advanced proficiency in building liquidity forecasting models, optimizing funding costs, and aligning cash needs with sourcing strategies. Self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to simply lay out the conclusions and reasons for each decision. Ability to work cross functionally across multiple teams including compliance, risk, product, credit, legal and engineering and manage projects from start to finish. How you will lead

Develop, originate and scale funding strategies for business loans and commercial credit cards, including warehouse facilities, forward flow loan sales, securitizations, and customized financing structures. Manage deal structuring, diligence, and contract negotiations with both existing and new partners with a focus on optimizing funding costs and liquidity. Develop and implement strategic funding plans for the expansion of existing products and the launch of new products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk-return frameworks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external investors, leverage providers, originating bank partners and third-party agents, expanding the companys network across the funding landscape. Provide competitive market insights, including pricing trends, and transaction structures, using intelligence to shape product and funding decisions. Own and maintain the companys pitch deck, ensuring it effectively communicates the organization's growth vision to investors, stakeholders, and partners. Partner closely with the product, risk, legal, compliance and collections teams to design and launch new financial products that minimize balance sheet risk while maximizing profitability. Assist with scaling capital markets efforts across other business verticals or product categories as needed, contributing to a diversified funding strategy. Compensation and Benefits

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The base pay range varies by location: Bay Area California $204,500 - 276,500; New York $207,500 - 281,000. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
